The discussion for a sign honoring Mayor Brandenburg would be continued at January's meeting.

The franchise agreement with Comcast is being worked out.

Mr. Levey made a motion to donate $100.00 to the Keedysville Library for supplies for an open house. Mr. Robertson seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Mayor Hull noted the agreement with the homeowner next to the water tower site to transfer property, due to the encroachment of the driveway on the homeowner's property by the paving contractor. All costs involved will assumed by Chicago Bridge & Iron, the tower contractor.

The Mayor & Council meeting for January was moved to Tuesday, January 3rd, due to the New Year's Holiday.

Bryan Smith asked when C. William Hetzer's equipment in the parking lot in the middle of town would be removed. Mayor Hull said the equipment would soon be out of town. Mayor Hull advised Mr. Smith to, in the meantime, ask the contractor to move the equipment if it is in the residents' way.

Meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
