The monthly meeting of the Keedysville Town Council was called to order at 7:02 pm with the following members present: Mayor Matt Hull, Assistant Mayor Barry Levey, Council Members Richard Walton, Victoria Gudeman and Tim Robertson and Town Administrator Rick Bishop.

Minutes from March 6, 2012 were read and approved.

The amended bond resolution for the water infrastructure upgrades was introduced. It was amended to reflect the changes in the interest rate, closing date and quarterly payment. Mr. Levey made a motion to adopt the resolution. Mr. Walton seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Because the election was being held on the first Monday in May, Mr. Levey made a motion to schedule the May Mayor & Council meeting to Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 7:00pm in Town Hall. Mr. Walton seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Bishop would look into what would need to be done to adjust the charter so future elections could be held on Saturday.
