Mr. Bishop said that he had spoken with Dave Felker, of SHA, in regards to the pedestrian lighting options for the streetscape project. He said that Dave said the meeting with Potomac Edison might happen at the end of the month or the beginning May.

Mr. Bishop noted invitations to the Mayor & Council from both Boonsboro & Sharpsburg to ride in their respective parades. All members declined.

Carl French asked how the water and sewer rate increases announced by Washington County would affect Keedysville residents. He was told that the Keedysville water rate would stay the same, but that the County provides the sewerage system and billing for the town so the residents would be billed for that announced increase.
