The minutes from April, 2018 were read and approved.
Mr. Bishop updated the Commission on the purchase by the Town of the property located at 15 South Main Street. He said the Town was waiting for a response to the offer made.
Mr. Bishop discussed the Griffith "subdivision" on Antietam Drive of three properties into two properties. He said that Mr. Griffith had abandoned the idea because variances would need to be obtained to accomplish his desired goals.
Mr. Bishop gave the Commission an update on the SHA Streetscape project. He said that it appeared construction would be starting soon.
The Commission agreed to have Matt Hull appointed as an ex officio from the Council to the Commission.
The Commission reviewed a desire by Justin Holder to subdivide his property located at 28 Antietam Drive into 4 parcels.
The subdivision process was discussed. The Commission decided to review the ordinance and to consider updating it.
It was decided to tentatively schedule a meeting for August 13, 2018.
