Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 6:30pm at Town Hall for a Special Exception Use at 31 Yankee Drive

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in accordance with the provisions of the Land Use Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and the provisions of the “Keedysville Zoning Ordinance,” the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Keedysville, Maryland, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Keedysville, Maryland, at which time the parties in interest and citizens will have an opportunity to be heard relative to the following applications:

1. Docket No.  K-137 – To hear a request for a Special Exception Use by Matthew Beck to store equipment at his home and run his Masonry Business from his residential property identified as 31 Yankee Drive, Keedysville, Maryland (Parcel 070, Map 072). This property is zoned Suburban Residential (SR) and requires a Special Exception to be obtained for the proposed use:  Article 3; Section 305.12; 305.12c, 707.8.
