Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Tuesday, February 26, 2026 at 6:30pm at Town Hall for a Variance to minimum lot size and minimum lot width for the building of a residential dwelling at 45 S Main St.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in accordance with the provisions of the Land Use Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and the provisions of the “Keedysville Zoning Ordinance”, the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Keedysville, Maryland, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Keedysville, Maryland, at which time the parties in interest and citizens will have an opportunity to be heard relative to the following applications:

  1. Docket No. K-185/02-26-2026 – To hear a request by Ion Stark for Variances to build a residential dwelling on the residential property identified as Parcel 0355, 45 S. Main Street, Keedysville, Maryland currently owned by Ion Stark. This property is zoned Town Residential (TR) and requires 2 Variances to be obtained for the proposed use: Article 4; Section 400 C. and 401 A. Minimum Lot size (10,000 sq. ft to 9,095 sq. ft.) and Minimum Lot Width (80 ft to 71.35 ft. at front of lot).
