Notice is hereby given by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Keedysville, as its duly constituted legislative body, that a Public Hearing will be held in Council Chambers, Town Hall, on May 1, 2024, at 6:45 P.M. The hearing is being scheduled pursuant to the provisions of the Annotated Code of Maryland and the Charter of the Town of Keedysville, to consider whether or not to introduce, pass and make effective a proposed Ordinance adopting a budget for said Town for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. A complete copy of said proposed budget is on file in the Office of the Town Administrator, Town Hall, Keedysville, Maryland. Upon request, the same may be copied or inspected in that office and it is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof for convenience and economy. Pursuant to the Maryland Open Meetings Law, notice is hereby given that the deliberations of the Mayor and Council are open to the public. The intent is that the determination will be made at the Regular Meeting to be held on June 5, 2024. Individuals requiring special accommodations are requested to contact Lisa Riner at (301) 432-5795. Any person desiring a stenographic transcript shall be responsible for supplying a competent stenographer at their expense.

The Meeting of the Mayor & Council and Water Commission of the Town of Keedysville, in compliance with the Maryland Open Meeting Law, will be open to the public on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 commencing at 7:00p.m.  Any comments or concerns regarding the Meeting, action taken, or proposed action should be submitted in writing by regular or priority mail, email or hand delivery to Lisa Riner, Town Administrator, P.O. Box 359, Keedysville, MD 21756 or via email to townhall@keedysvillemd.com. Said comments will be made part of the Minutes of the Meeting. The Mayor & Council and Water Commission normally meet on the 1st Wednesday of every month.

The next meeting of the Green Team of the Town of Keedysville will be on May 16, 2024 at 7pm in Town Hall, and in compliance with the Maryland Open Meeting Law, will be open to the public. Any comments or concerns regarding the meeting, action taken, or proposed action should be submitted in writing by regular or priority mail, email, or hand delivery to Lisa Riner, Town Administrator, 19 South Main Street, PO Box 359, Keedysville, MD 21756 or via email to townhall@keedysvillemd.com. Said comments will be made part of the minutes of the meeting. The Green Team normally meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

The May 8, 2024 meeting of the Boonsboro Keedysville Water Advisory Board (BKWAB) will take place at Keedysville Town Hall, 19 S Main Street, Keedysville, and is open to the public. The Board normally meets on the 2nd Wednesday of February, May, August, and December. Meetings rotate between the Keedysville and Boonsboro Town Halls.

The Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Keedysville, in compliance with the Maryland Open Meeting Law, will be open to the public on Thursday, July 11th, commencing at 7:00p.m.  Any comments or concerns regarding the Meeting, action taken, or proposed action should be submitted in writing by regular or priority mail, email or hand delivery to Lisa Riner, Town Administrator, P.O. Box 359, Keedysville, MD 21756 or via email to townhall@keedysvillemd.com. Said comments will be made part of the Minutes of the Meeting. The Commission normally meets quarterly, on the second Thursdays of January, April, July, and October.
